Draft conditions for accounts, agent actions, connected services, and use of SuperShell.

These are draft terms for review, not a final service agreement. The service operator, legal contact, governing law, liability terms, and any commercial terms must be reviewed and completed before these become final terms.

Your account and access

Keep your Cloud account and provider logins secure. Use repositories, files, devices, and connected services only when you have permission to access them. Check terminal identity and GitHub repository choices before connecting them.

Claude Code, Codex, model providers, GitHub, and other connected services have separate accounts, terms, and limits. SuperShell does not replace those agreements.

Agent work and your choices

Agents can read and change files, run shell commands, use tools, and interact with browser pages or apps. Review the task, permission mode, tool access, and resulting changes. Model output can be wrong; check it before relying on it or publishing it.

Plan mode is an instruction to prepare a plan, not an operating-system security boundary. Auto mode can allow actions without a prompt for each ordinary tool request. Some actions require additional consent.

An enabled automation starts work on its saved schedule without a new request for every run. Review the task and workspace access before enabling it, and pause it when scheduled work should stop.

Your content

You provide the messages, code, files, images, and credentials used for work. Only provide material you are allowed to use and send to the services involved. Your chosen model provider and connected tools receive the context needed for their actions.

Read the privacy draft for how Cloud, the CLI, feedback, measurements, and browser storage handle data. This draft does not establish an ownership transfer or a model-training promise.

Provider usage and availability

Model and third-party service usage may count against your own account limits or incur charges under that provider's terms. Check the provider's current prices and limits before running work, especially scheduled tasks.

Connections, model access, hosted computers, and software behavior can change or fail. This draft does not promise a service level, uninterrupted availability, or any particular result.

Acceptable use

Do not use SuperShell to break the law, access systems without permission, steal credentials, or interfere with another person's service. Do not send secrets or personal information to a model or tool unless you are authorized to do so.

Before final terms

The final agreement needs the operator's identity and contact, any fees and cancellation terms, account suspension and termination rules, content-license terms, warranties and liability limits, dispute handling, and governing law. Those decisions require the operator's review and legal advice; they are not settled by this draft.
