Working in the CLI

  1. 01

    Choose a runtime

Use SuperShell’s own agent loop, your installed Claude Code, or Codex. Each hosted runtime keeps its own login and sessions.

  2. 02

    Start subagents

Give a side task to an agent on its own model or runtime. Watch, message, stop, or enter it with /agents.

  3. 03

    Use slash commands

Pick a model, inspect jobs and usage, find saved sessions, and manage MCP tools. /help lists commands and shortcuts.

  4. 04

    Work with Chrome

Install the optional Chrome bridge for the computer tool. Native macOS app control also needs its helper and privacy permissions.

  5. 05

    Set permissions

Choose Normal, Auto, or Plan with Shift+Tab. Review what each mode allows before giving an agent access to your project.

  6. 06

    Send feedback

Use /feedback to rate SuperShell or report a bug. Choose separately whether to include a conversation excerpt.
